ChaCha, no its not the dance, its a free texting company that will answer your questions free of charge (though standard texting rates do apply). ChaCha used an engine known as the Human Search Engine. They actually hire people that are over the age of 18 and pass a test, to answer questions from their computer! The answers that you get will almost always be different unless you ask a very common question for which they have a pre-written aswer. So text any question to 242-242 (ChaChas number)
ChaCha has been in existance since its alpha release on September 1, 2006. Where they started answering questions. During its early stages it cost money to use, similar to KGB, though now since they have advertisements at the bottom of their answers they have made answering them free (although you still have to pay your standard texting rates).
