The Truth About Online Casinos

I explain and discuss fraudulent online casinos.

Imagine this, you sign up with an apparently reputable online casino and you start out by taking a whirl at the slots, when suddenly, no, you couldn’t have, but you did you hit the Jackpot! Then after you calm down and check your account you money isn’t there, but wait they said that it could take up to a day to see my earnings. So you wait and then one week goes by and you still haven’t received any winnings what are you going to do? This and other cases like this have happened over and over and people are continuing to get scammed everyday. There are many well documented fraud claims against online casinos for many reasons, but the number one reason is casinos refusing to pay.

This is why you must be very thorough and cautious about the casino you sign up with for almost 90% of them are scams.

Another way that online casinos and even players can fraud the system is through the sign-up bonuses. Many online casinos offer a sign-up bonus when you join there casino, sounds cool so you try it out. Then after you pay a $30.00 membership fee for a $500.00 bonus they redirect you and give you new terms to receive the bonus. Those terms can be anything from “pay another $30.00 now to receive the bonus”, “to you must spend $100.00 in bets before you receive the bonus.” That is fraud, but even you and I could use the bonus systems on legitimate sites and sign -up with several different profile accounts which is also and is called “gnoming.”

The legality of certain websites is another way to find out if they are a scam or not. Each online casino must have an online gaming license or it is considered street gambling, which is very illegal. Also there are some states that completely prohibit running an online gaming system. So all you have to do is a little bit of research about the online casino. See if you can find where it originates from, and look for their operational license if they don’t have one don’t use there online services.

Avoiding the scams and illegal casinos online isn’t that hard as long as you make sure you know what you’re getting into. Treat your online gambling as an investment and you will be surprised at how assiduous you will become. Especially in these hard times you should protect your money at all cost and never give to much money to a single online casino. (at least until you know there are reliable and honest)

One thing to also look out for is casinos that want your banking information so that they can “immediately verify funds, and deposit winnings!” This is a scam only because the law prohibits online casinos from making direct bank transfers, electronic banks transfers, or ACH payments. So don’t give out your banking information they will only wipe your account of its available funds and you will be left with nothing.

There are many laws, and ACTS that prohibit online casinos in the U.S. and learning them would be a good idea if you are a serious gambler.
