I believe that the contribution technology has made to modern life has been positive; technology helps improve productivity in manufacturing, quality of life, and education.

Technology helps improve productivity at work by allowing manufactures to produce more in less time using less manpower. Many simple tasks that workers used to do are now done by robots.

Technology helps improve school. Computers are used by schools across the country to help improve student learning ability. 

Schools use computers in testing environments to allow students taking tests to get instant feedback. Many students use the internet for research or getting online help.

For many people internet and computer is the most precious contribution of technology to human life, why? Because of internet, People get connected from all around the globe, families and friends by the use of internet and some social networking sites or other websites. Sharing personal information to each other.

Some uses Internet to transfer datas, upload and download datas, to and from the databases of websites that they are making use of.

Not only ordinary people, Even Big or important persons of the society even the government are using this technology.

Some uses this for business such as Buying or selling items or products Online.

You will notice many new websites are having countless hits and web traffic, but suddenly are down and not because of maintenance but because of it have been hacked or the information are stolen,destructed and used by someone because the site is vulnerable of threats, crackers and hackers. In that case the site is not secured.

And IS(Information Security) or sometimes called “Information Assurance” or “Computer Socurity” is can be use as a solution.
