Hackers can steal your password at anytime. Learn how to protect yourself.

Victims of hackers are unwary of the risk. Phishing websites and malware such as keyloggers steal passwords. These passwords are for Video Games and various websites. With the Virus Attack on MySpace by Samy Kamkar hacker exploits are becoming even more common, leaving innocent users at risk.

The first online risk of losing your account to an online Video Game or website are Phishing websites. These fake websites imitate a real website. Newer web browsers such as Internet Explorer 7 and Google Chrome now detect these site created by hackers. These web browsers save your password and your online account.

Keyloggers are computer programs the record all of your keystrokes.  To be victim to a keylogger you must first download the program. Extremely older versions of Internet Explorer may subject you to risk.

Never giving out your password is good approach to not getting hacked. Password scammers will ask you for your password. They say that you will benefit from giving them your password.  You might want a service done on a gaming account, and they would want to use your need. Their ‘use’ of your password is illegal, because they are stealing your password.

Giving out your password or important data to random people isn’t the brightest idea.  From Video Games to Email Accounts, all online accounts are at risk of being stolen and hacked.  If you own a website common flaws in the database might invite a hacker to infiltrate your system.  Browse safely and legally, keep your password.
