Are you struggling to find out if your computer has been hacked? Of course, it is necessary to take immediate action before you suffer some drastic consequences. We all don’t want to be spied at by some boring hackers who cannot find anything better to do but steal our identity.

In today’s world of computer users, they fall into victim of internet hackers. These hackers can attack computers and totally breach them from the other side of the world. It would be very surprising if our own beloved ones were the culprits. Hackers install a monitor program on the user’s computer to see what they do. It is possible that the motives might be that the hackers are trying to find your personal details as well as your bank’s credit card details.
The problem is that there are certain people who do not have a clue about what is going on and if they do realize, they have no idea of how to take some action for justice.
How Can I Tell If My Computer Has Been Hacked?
- Have you found some new features that you know nothing about?
- Did you even install these features into your computer?
- When you surf the net, are you taken to a few sites strange sites automatically?
Usually, when a computer is hacked, you get all the above points occurring. By noticing if your computer is running very slow or if it does not stop crashing can be another good way of realizing that your computer has been hacked or infested by viruses. You should continue updating your Norton internet security at least once a week which would be a good way of keeping new viruses and spyware software out of your computer.
Stay calm and do not panic
If you do find out that you are under attack then you should not panic. First, you need to show the hacker what you are really made of. He might have done some damage to your computer already. His/her attack might be net-based so the good decision to take is to disconnect the connection as soon as possible.
Don’t worry if you find hits coming to your firewall from outside because it is only doing its job and you are safe to continue browsing without disconnecting.
However, when you receive hits from inside the computer which go out through the net, you should immediately disconnect the connection so that it doesn’t reach its illegal destination.
My Conclusion
Hackers on our computers pose a risk to our identity and our own computer. If they lurk around our computer world, it will be invaded with unwanted visitors. Act quickly before something bad happens.
