Gmail is probably the best email in the world, but even the best can become better if only Google listened to us. Gmail worst feature or lack of it is the reading pane, you need to open the message in a full screen and this way you miss all the titles. If you want to browse for another message you need to give at least two clicks and wait much longer than with Hotmail or Yahoo.

This is why I just switched to Hotmail. But wait! I did not close my Gmail account. Instead I am just managing it with Hotmail instead of Gmail. The advantage is very clear, now I can browse my email three times faster than I could with Gmail. If you open a message and reply you will send it from the @gmail.com address using just Hotmail. Microsoft is becoming internet smart finally.

WHy Hotmail and not Yahoo?

Hotmail has better search tools than Yahoo. This later shows the results written in grey. Come on, how can you read grey in a white background?
