I have listed the best search engines on the web and what they are best used for.
Bing
Bing is a very useful search engine that is better than google. I mainly use it for finding the best prices on video games =]. The interface is easy to understand, and its function as a search engine is excellent.

Yahoo!
Yahoo is just like google, except that it aslo displays related search titles. For instance, if you search “dog”, you also get links to other catagories, like dog breeds, dog names, etc. Unfortunately, the data is cluttered and it can be difficult to find

Dogpile
Dogpile claims to combine Yahoo, Bing, and google, but this is a matter of opinion. I mainly use dogpile to find software.

Now in competation with Microsoft’s Bing, Google is still a very good search engine. Google is very simple and easy to use,the interface is simple, and you can search in the catagories of shopping, videos, and news. The one thing that google maintains above the competation, is that it has google earth, isn’t it cool to zoom in onto yourself? =]
