Search Engine Optimization: Test Article 1

Search Engines

This article is a series of two articles published simultaneously that have two distinct differences. Search engine optimization test article one contains search engine friendly keywords here in the description from the main body content of this article, but test article two does not.

This is a test to see which of the two articles published gets recognized and indexed by major search engines if any or at all. One learns that search engine optimized articles or web pages on the Internet must contain a title, a short description and the main content.  Better explained, the title is a short catch phrase that describes what the article or web page is going to be about. Next, the description is approximately one to two sentences that explain what the reader will expect to read in the main body content of the article or web page. And lastly, the main body content explains what the article or web page is all about.

In order to search engine optimize an article or a web page, it is imperative to mention as many keywords from the description that are contained in the main body content. Keywords are words or phrases that trigger search engine spiders and encourage frequent and total crawling visits to pages to be indexed. It is vital to use the key words in the description throughout your content. And when placed, whenever someone searches with the key words found in a properly search engine optimized article or web page like this one, chance are this page will be found, because it will be indexed.

I will let both articles run for approximately a month or so. I hope to find article one, the search engine friendly article indexed and have received more hits than article two at the conclusion of this test. I will publish my findings at some point to let everyone know what the outcome was. In the meantime, if anyone has any additional advice to give, please feel free to express comments here at any time.
