Problem with Triond – Referrals and Google Adsense

I have a problem to find referral link. I read many articles and they all say to look in the right side on my home page. There is nothing! i can’t find it, are they moved to some other place or what? Please i will be very greatful if you help me. 

And now Google AdSense. I look how some articles and see that they tallking about Google AdSense. But when i click on the button, i just reload my page, or just put me back to my home page. If someone know how to help me please do that, i be very greatful.
