- Title and Description Meta tags gives the pages a very high value compared to other parts of the page. Further, the search result contains the title and description part. It should ideally be about 60 characters in length as only the first about 65 characters are displayed by Google. The description should also not be more than 2 sentences containing 130 characters.
- Avoid using “font size” tags as search engines prefer “H” tags. The best places to include keywords are H1, H2, H3, etc.. Compared to keywords in the H2 tag, keywords in the H1 tag have a higher value and so on.
- You should create a page called “site map” that increases the effect of internal linking and you should use your keywords in the internal linking.
