Osama Bedier was brought to Google’s Stephanie Tilenius who left PayPal in 2009, also for work at Google. PayPal said in a complaint filed in a California court, Google has hired one of the people who know best technological secrets of PayPal, and this is unacceptable.
PayPal accuses his two former employees of industrial espionage, breach of contract and unfair trade practices. In addition, PayPal says that for years he negotiated with Google to earn the right to manage Android Mrket payments, and these negotiations were led by Osama Bedier which simultaneously gave the job interview at Google and now deals with new system Google’s payment, PayPal not having any income.
