Various Gmail users reported a mistake message when trying to access this electronic mail service from their IOS devices. Google says, they are now fixing the issue.
Quoted from Cnet, Saturday (11/08/2012), the affected user’s problem, receive a mistake message with the word “mail service imap.gmail.comis not responding” when logging in on his account.
Rapid response, Google through Gmailnya forum said, “We are aware of the issue and are working to improve the accounts affected.”
Web company is then advised to access the Gmail electronic mail service by a web browser on your computer. Google also has postedthis issue here are some possible improvement in our Gmail Known Issues.
