Can Google be outsmarted?
Google is by far the largest search engine in the online world, and until recently, it was the most visited site onine, (until Facebook took over as no 1), and the reason that they are at the top of the online world is a mixture of brains, innovation, and perhaps luck as well. Nobody will care half as much about the second most popular search engine, unless they are just trying to get extra links for themselves, and make sure can be found everywhere. Google has many different applications, or different businesses that they run, such as Google Adsense, (a way for website developers and article writers to get paid for Google posting ads on their pages), Google Adwords, (the division of Google that advertisers pay to get their ads on content and searches), Igoogle, (a personal home page where people can add all sorts of applications, such as RSS feeds, news, or chess), Google webmaster, (a division of Google that allows website owners to get their website indexed faster by Google, and see statistics on how it is doing), and there is Google maps, and many other different parts of Google, some of which don’t have much to do with the search engine Google at all.
What you have to know if you are trying to get an article or website to rate highly in a Google search, or make money from Google Adsense, is you cannot beat the system, there are checks and balances in place to make sure that only the best sites get rated highly in searches, and only real customers that click on ads will result in you getting paid by Google Adsense. If you are trying to get your article or site to rate highly in a Google search, you will need to make it a quality site, or at least appear to be a quality site. You will need to concentrate on putting a lot of keyword rich text in, that reads easily, with subheadings in bold that use your main keywords, as well as photos, and quality links to other sites, as well as quality links to your site. If you try to churn out meaningless links to your article, you will not be doing yourself any good, and may in fact be harming your Google rating. Google has many algorithms written to give their users the most proffesional sites first in any given search. You cannot just fool Google by writing a short article with lots of unnecessary keywords in it, that does not have a quality multimedia layout, and does not have quality links and backlinks. If you cannot find a good site to make quality, relevant links from, you could try making a facebook page, and build it up to the point where it gave a good amount of link weight to your article or site, and this may be twice as beneficial if you are trying to sell a product. But even a Facebook page needs to be packed full of relevant keywords and complimentary keywords to be of relevance to Google, get rated highly in a Google search, and pass good link weight onto your article or website. If you can’t make your own quality links, then concentrate on making more pages for your website or article, with your first two tagged keywords in every paragraph, as about five percent of the text, and about ten comlimentary keywords as about one percent of the text, for each one. Say for example, my main two keywords were Google, and outsmart, for this article. I have already failed to use the word outsmart as 5% of the text in each paragraph, but I have done a reasonable job with the word Google.
Google has many algorithms to ensure that only quality content reaches the first page of a Google search.
Some complimentary words and phrases that are related to Google might be things like: search engine, Google rating, Google search, algorithms, Adsense, Adwords, Igoogle, Google maps, etc, etc. So, by adding some keywords that are relevant to Google, I have improved the chances of my article coming up in a search on don’t try to outsmart Google. It may possibly also come up in other related searches such as outsmarting Google, or how do you outsmart Google. Especially seeing that I have just added those exact phrases somewhere in this article about Google. My most successful article so far was an article about Google Trends, which is a Google application which lets you compare which words and phrases have been googled the most over the history of Google. The article is called: What are the most Googled words of all time, and it has had almost ten times the clicks of any of my other articles. It could be that people are constantly searching for this topic, and nobody has a very good answer, except what they were able to learn by comparing different words and phrases on Google Trends, but nevertheless, it has been a good money earner. I hope you will take a look to see what is required to get your article or website on the first page of a Google search by using a good percentage of relevant keywords, and picking the words that people are searching for on Google, and nobody is writing about.
