Hello everybody.

I decided to make one last and final guide of Triond money making since I can’t seem to find any truly perfect ones by anyone. My old guide, Triond: Money, but how? has only received about 500 views, but has been liked so I decided to make the most informative guide I could. The methods explained and taught in this guide have all been tested and proved that they work. If you didn’t know, Triond is an easy and well built online publishing site which enables people to publish online articles for the exchange of money (earned by the generated amount of article views). Triond does not cost at all, and is very easy to get into. The site supports articles from guides to diaries meaning that you may post almost anything appropriate that you want. Triond also supports publishing your own made pictures Remember that anything you post on Triond must be your own, and nobody else’s. Plagiarism is not allowed in any cases.

Registering

Registering to Triond is very simple and you won’t have to do a lot. First you will be required to enter a username. Don’t think about this for a long time since you will be able to change the name which appears as your author title in your articles/published content. This comes next and it is your pen name. Make up something since as I told you, you can change it later on. Your e-mail will be required after this, be sure to enter a real one since you will be required to complete an e-mail verification and you will also be delivered information about updates and various stuff on Triond.

Then comes the password. Be sure to make this a very memorable BUT a very hard password to guess so that you don’t one day wake up with all your content deleted or your account stolen. You may think that “whats the danger?”, “I can always recover my account is something like that happens”. No. You probably will be able to recover the account, but never count on that. Make up a password (unless you have one) which has alteast 7 characters and 2 numbers (1 is fine but 2 is recommended). Verify your password by writing the same password again.

Next comes the verification question. You will be able to choose one of the following questions

• What is your mother’s maiden name?
• What is your pet’s name?
• What year was your father born?
• What elementary school did you attend?
• What is your favourite colour?

Pick one of the questions listed above and be sure to choose wisely. I suggest picking the first one since it never changes and should be pretty easy to remember. Be sure to type in the answer correctly, since if you type it wrong and one day try to recover your account, in the case of a wrong answer on the verification question you may not be able to recover your account. After the verification, the other information is optional and the only thing you have left is the Human Identification. Just type in what reads in the picture, tick the I agree to the Terms of Service box and you’re ready to complete your registration

The Tools Required

You will only require a few things to write article on Triond. These are a working internet connection (does not need to be fast as long as it works), a computer with some sort of text program (Microsoft Word or OpenOffice Word are suggested, but I think that you might be able to use a Notepad/Wordpad) and at least 10 fingers (5 works but under that it gets pretty painfully slow).

You really don’t have to be a great writer to be able to produce some decent articles. I myself am not a talented writer at all, but still I am able to write articles that at least some people seem to find helpful.

Microsoft Word is much recommended since it is efficient and easy to use, and is definitely an almost must-have. OpenOffice is another option if you do not own Microsoft Word and don’t want to buy a license just for your Triond articles. Some other options as office/text programs are AbiWord and EditPad, but there are tons more that you will find with google. Notepad/Wordpad has been said to work, but I am not confirmed with this so I won’t say more about them since I may be terribly wrong. Article Categories

Now, you are aware of what Triond is and you are ready to start earning. But you can’t think of anything to write about? Well, that is the biggest problem I have daily. There are three categories that are much suggested and they are; guides, top lists and random topic articles. Guides are very successful on Triond and are easily written if you write about a topic that is very well known to you. If you play football, write a football trick guide. If you swim, write a swimming technique guide. If you play Pac Man at the nearby arcade game house, write a guide about it. There are no limits in what the guide has to teach you!

Then we move on to top lists. Top lists are simply lists which feature your picks in a specific category. This includes music top lists (E.g. Top 20 Rock Songs of Our Time), top movie lists (The 5 Most Touching Movies) and any lists about anything you desire. When writing top lists you should always remember that people are not interested in your favourite songs but in what you think are the best movies/music/etc. Note, top lists do not always have to be Top 10 or Top 20, you can also make normal lists e.g. 20 Songs You Might Want To Listen in which the chosen pieces are not in any specific order.

Random topic articles are probably the best choice if you are not experienced in any specific categories or if you don’t have anything from which you could make a top list from. Random topic articles (as you probably figured out from the name) mean that you create an article about a totally random topic. Male butterflies, computer graphic cards or even the combination of a banana are all random topic articles.

Now, although you may get the idea that you should write about anything you want to, there is one category which should never be written about. And this is big happenings around the world a.k.a. news. Although you may think that a topic about Barack Obama would be very successful, you will probably be late and even though you may get the article posted and gain some views, it is not as rewarding as the previously mentioned ways. This may sound very odd, but believe me, don’t write news articles.

Simple Tips How to Make Your Article Attractive

A plain text never gets anyone excited. If you are not a professional writer, you will be required to have some little modifications how to make your article attractive. The following things listed are very warmly suggested. They may be basic, but you have to know how to use them correctly. For more advanced tips, continue to our last section which has some tips and tricks that not many Trionders know about.

Pictures are a must have for almost all articles. Pictures make the articles look attractive, and they spice the articles up a lot. Now, there are a few things you should remember when adding pictures. Remember that you don’t want your pictures to be too big or too small since they have to visible, but at the same time not too visible. You also don’t want to add too many pictures since you don’t want a short article to be too long.

Links are also very suggested since you might want to add links to some sites mentioned in your article. Remember that you do not have to put down every link; just the ones that you feel are the most important. Having titles like in this article is also very suggested since it is a lot easier to find some parts in case you want to read some part again.

Punctuation is also a big thing in articles. Never, ever write in internet slang. Acronyms like lol and btw are not very appreciated, and they show that you are a pretty lousy writer. Always remember to spell check your articles before posting them. This is a very fast and easy process, and should not take you a long time to complete. These were only some very basic tips, I will be listing the actual “ultimate” tips later on (as I already mentioned)

Plagiarism and Legality

NOTE: This is very important

Always remember to only publish your own content, and nobody elses. Don’t rip pictures from Google and post them as yours, since this is called Plagiarism. Always remember to make sure that you don’t use pictures that have been copyrighted to not be published anywhere else. When you post images, and quote from other texts, remember to always put the source and author since you are borrowing something they have created. You do not want to create a 10,000 view article, and have it deleted due to a small copyright violation.

Publishing

Publishing is very easy. Make sure your content is in a text form and head off to Triond. Go to the Submit tab and click it. Now, first you will be asked to pick a title. Make sure the title is attractive and somehow a bit mysterious… something that makes people click your article. Don’t put something like my favourite songs, rather put some songs that I think you might want to hear. This is still a very minor adjustment, use your imagination! Description is next. The description does not have to be extremely good, something simple will be just fine.

Pick a language (English warmly suggested) and a category. When picking the category, think about what your article is about and then do the picking, don’t go random. The category choice has a great impact on how many views your content will get.

Then come tags. These are the main reason why you get some many clicks. When people search something on Triond, they will search by using tags. If they write internet in the search and internet is one of your tags, your article will be in the list that he gets. First, put tags that are related to your article and try to get atleast 20. If this is hard, slip in some random and popular words like google, woman or dog which you think people will mostly search articles with. Try to have atleast 25 tags in each of your articles, since the tags are very important. A new feature is the Get Suggestions button located next to the Tags title, this will give you some tags that are somehow related to your article. This is another great feature that Triond has made to help your workload.

Money Money

You will receive your earnings based on how many views your articles get. There is no exact formula known, but you will get an average of 0.0025 cents per one view. Don’t expect to have 1,000,000 views after one night since this is totally ridiculous and will never happen. Some people will earn more on Triond, but as I have clearly said before, you don’t need to be a great writer in order to earn on Triond. And this is another reason why I have made this guide; to help you earn more on Triond. So don’t worry, the first 3 months will not be great but if you dedicate some time to it, you will be able to earn nice amounts of cash.

Now, I have gone through all the basic things you will need in order to earn a lot of money, but now…. I will be revealing some very useful and very “secret” tips that will help you massively. All of the following methods have been tested and proved to work, but they must be done correctly and some time must be sacrificed in order for some of them to work effectively enough. I hope you people have enjoyed the guide until now, and I hope that this last part will provide you with the final information you may be looking for. They begin with some simpler ones, and move on to the more difficult ones

DeviantArt Pictures

DeviantArt is a popular online Art- Social Networking Site that enables people to publish their artworks and possibly sell them as various products from actual framed paintings to mugs. Many DeviantArt artists are willing to share their work (of course you need to mark the source) to others, so you are usually free to use their pictures in your articles such as you would use pictures from Google Image Search. Let’s take a test

I quickly googled a flower and looked for some good looking ones. It took me pretty long to find a good sized and good quality picture, but luckily I was able to find this. It’s not really beautiful, but it was the best I could find

Now lets go to DeviantArt. I simply put in flower and got a lot of good looking results. I simply picked one from all the good ones I found.

There is not a huge difference between these pictures, but when you compare the pictures you find from google, the photographers at DeviantART offer much more pleasing and amazing pictures in all cases. I suggest that whenever you are looking for a picture, first turn to DeviantART.

Social Networking Sites

Social Networking Sites are one of the wonders of the internet. Social Networking Sites offer you to create a profile and socialize with other people around the world. Take the link to your article, and post it on your Social Networking Site profile. I suggest you use Facebook, Myspace, Orkut, Friendster or Bebo, but for a complete list you can go to http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_social_networking_websites. NOTE: People won’t view your profile automatically, so get used to these sites and start using them frequently. When you gain friends, they and their friends will view your profile and possibly click the links to your articles.

Social Bookmarking Sites

Social Bookmarking Sites are your best friends. These sites offer people to post links to other websites, in this case your Triond articles. Simply join one of these sites and post links to your articles. Remember that as well as in all the other cases, you will probably have to become atleast a slightly active member to get people to view your links. Some good Social Bookmarking Sites are Digg and StumbleUpon. You will find more from google.

Link Your Articles

Link your articles! Whenever you make a possible sequel or another article that may be related to one of your other articles, link them together at the end of the article. Simply put a text like “Feel free to check out more of my guides such as ” etc. etc. This is really simple but extremely effective.

YouTube Videos

This is another very popular method. Simply, create a short video with some type of movie creating tool (Windows Movie Maker is a good, free one) and tell something little about your topic. Don’t use big sentences, but short and possibly none complete ones to make the video more interesting. Have some kind of interesting ending to your video that really makes people to learn more, and post a link to your video both at the end of the video, and in the description. Remember that people won’t view your videos automatically so become a active user and gain friends. Comment on other videos to get people to view your profile, and this way end up reading your article. Also, add some type of calm music that you think will please everyone. Don’t put any annoying J-Pop or Death Metal, just something that is possibly well known and doesn’t annoy anyone. You do not have to use YouTube, there are many other good video sites on the internet like Metacafe and Myspace Videos. For a list, visit http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_video_sharing_websites. Another good tip that has been discovered is to post your videos as video replies to other people’s article videos. When people view their videos, they may click your video which appears as little links right under their videos.

Another way to advertise your videos is to use the Share function and send the video to all of your YouTube contacts. This will include all the people that are your friends, you have subscribed to or have subscribed to your channel. Don’t use this function more than once a month (if even that), since sending links to your article videos may count as spam and you might end up accused for spamming.

Profiles

Whenever you register ANYWHERE, you may want to post some links to some of your articles on the profiles you receive. Most games will have their own websites in which you will be able to customize your own profile. This includes all sites which have a customizable profile. This is a very simple method, but it requires you to do some extra clicking whenever you register on any websites. Forums are also very good since they mostly have many users and many people click your profiles. Here is a list of the most populated forums there are http://rankings.big-boards.com/.

E-mail Signature

At least G-mail offers a possibility to have an automatic Signature text after each of your emails that you write. It’s very tempting for people to click anything you have on your e-mails, so why not put a link to one or two of your articles to your signature? Simply copy paste a few links, put some text around them and forget that they are even there. They will always appear after any e-mails you send, and I promise you that if you are an average e-mail user, you will gain a noticeable amount of views through this.

Use Big Words

Yes, it may sound dumb but it really does work. Using hard and complicated words have been proven to make articles more viewed and liked, since they show people that you are a “good writer”. I’m not saying that people are stupid in any way, but instead of using “funny”, you might use “hilarious” or any other synonyms. You may already be using bigger words, so this is does not concern everybody. Don’t start stretching words like hypocritical, since that is just plain stupidity.

This guide is NOT COMPLETE, so I don’t want people to start complaining and flaming me with stupid comments and private messages.
