Today many people say that the best way to make money is online. However, on the internet, there are good ways to make money, and insufficient ways to make money. I already wrote an article explaining the three best ways to make money online, so here are the three worst ways to make money online.

1. Blogging: This is an interesting one because many people think blogging is in fact a good way to earn money. However, I do not think that blogging is a good way because you only are paid if people click on the ads on your blog. Creating a website is different because websites are visited a lot more then blogs. On an average day, a blog would only have around five clicks. In addition, there are thousands of blogs on the internet and your blog would have to be in the top 100 to make any legit amount of money at all.

2. Farming gold: Sure many people like to make money by playing World of Warcraft because it requires no skill and because it is fun. However, look past this and you will see farming gold in a second life is a very painful way to make money. Most people who make money farming for gold are people in Asia who use illegal bots. Their bots will run for around 12 hours a day and they earn around $100 a month. Unless you have no life or you can somehow manage to get a bot, you will find farming gold is a waste of time.

3. Filling out surveys and offers: This is by far the worst way to make money online. Most people go into these things because they think it is easy and effortless. Filling out surveys and offers is not a good way to make money because it spams your email, and most of the sites are scams. The surveys will take around 15 minutes and then ask you for your address and other personal information. So, unless you want to sure your personal information with complete strangers and get a spammed email, do not try filling out surveys and offers!
