I would like to start by saying. I personally use this method in order to make money. The return so far hasn’t been large, but it is growing, and I am sure that it will continue to grow.

Have you got a few spare websites? I did, and realised that keeping them doing nothing was a waste of the resources I have used in order to keep them going. I use 90 unused websites and a couple of websites currently active at the moment, although 4 of them were rejected as they didn’t fit the critera of the system I am about to explain.

The first thing you need to do is sign up at http://www.google.com/adsense. You can use any existing email account, although being google, they do prefer it if you use their own email system. Once you have signed up you will have access to a range of new methods of earning money that before were associated with the high ranking websites.

If you have an existing website with some spare space, then you may be able to benefit from having some google adsense advertising on your website. To do this, click on “Adsense Setup” within the Google Adsense website. After the page loads, click on “Adsense for content” which will take you to the first step in a 4 page wizard that will help you configure your new adverts.

Once you have completed this wizard, you will be given some code that you should put into your website in order to display your new adverts. Google pay people per 1000 impressions, as well as per the click through rate for each individual advert.

Now that you have done this, you should start seeing some results almost immediately. Google will take around 24 hours to start displaying results.

If you have a website that you are not using at all, then give it over to Google for them to manage. In the “Adsense Setup” page you should select “Adsense for Domains”. This will bring up a page that has the option to allow you to add domains. Add your domains, then click on the button that says “Add domain/s”. After this, you will be presented with instructions as to how to edit your websites current DNS settings, which will in turn allow you to present the websites to users with the appropriate advertising. This earns significantly more per 1000 clicks (as much as 100x the amount of just having an advert) although it does mean that you will be giving up your website to Google on a temporary basis. This method is most definately the best and quickest way to produce an income, and if you have some popular domain names then you can earn a lot very quickly.
