There are many companies on the internet offering incentives to participate in surveys. YouGov is reliable and offers decent cash rewards.
YouGov have been offering Internet users the opportunity to participate in market research since May 2000. YouGov plc is for users in the UK, and YouGovAmerica for US residents.
How it works
New users are credited with £1 or $2 for registering, and registered users receive emails inviting them to participate in surveys. Rewards can either be a cash sum (generally £0.50 to £1.00 or $0.80 $2.00) or entry into a prize draw with cash prizes. Cash rewards depend on the length of the survey, and the reward is clearly stated in the invitation email.
Survey subjects vary considerably, from politics to brand awareness, and YouGov users can also choose to take part in prize draw mini surveys on topical issues.
When do you get your money?
Registered users can check a clear statement of their account and request payment when their account balance reaches £50 or $50.
Participants are selected to receive survey invites on a demographic basis, but the average YouGov user can expect to receive several invites per month. Surveys generally only take a few minutes to complete, so the rewards are reasonable.
There is also the possibility of earning money by referring other people to join YouGov.

I’ll have to check this out. I’ve tried several survey sites with little success. It would be interesting to participate in one that actually pays off.
