Triond pays you 50% of the revenue they earn from yours submissions. Tips to greatly increase your earnings:
- Write about things that you are knowledgeable about.
- Write about things that interest you, so they sound passionate and heartfelt.
BIG TIP: Write About things that interest others! Anything that you feel would gain the largest amount of views and readers and would cause people to tell others about your submitted content.
Picture submissions are able to generate lots of views if you know what you are doing. Backgrounds are a large generator for me because of the fact that if people like a picture/background and want to put it on their computer the odds are their friends will like it and the word will spread.
BIG TIP: DO NOT WRITE 2 ARTICLES AND EXPECT TO MAKE SUBSTANTIAL AMOUNTS OF MONEY! Write as many articles as you can – My motto – “Submit submit submit” – Submit everything that you can think of… pictures, interesting videos, articles, every penny counts. The more content you submit the more you will be able make out of your Triond experience.

The truth is that it doesn’t matter what you write if you don’t know how to generate reads and market your articles. A few hundred reads from friends, etc will earn you pennies.
To make decent month every month you need to market your articles, not just once but all the time. You need thousands of views on each article and you need to keep these coming in by marketing continuously.
No one can make money on Triond if they are not prepared to do lots of hard work. Ask any of the top earners and they will tell you the same thing. It isn’t article quality that earns money (although it helps), it is marketing and driving traffic to your articles.

Good article. You are right about writing 2 articles and not making money, although sometimes it does work if your article becomes very popular.
One other way is self promotion, which is spamming your article everywhere you can think of.
