 Once you understand your client and the requirement in writing, you can set your price and billing for writing. Ask your client to deposit 50 percent of the invoice in your account and the balance will be deposited on submission and final approval of project.

 This way, you are giving an opportunity to your client to save the money as well you receive confirmation that client is waiting to see your quality work. Surely you will make efforts to submit quality work because you do not want the invoice to be cancelled.

 Try always to be professional in your tone while communicating with your client. Because you are what you speak and write.
