If you are reading this article you are probably also register to a program that offer you some sort of referral bonus. In addition, I am sure that at least in one point you were wondering what the best strategy to gain some referrals.
Almost everyone that registered to at least one online money-making program is familiar with this situation. You register, and then you are given a “referral link” a unique link that everyone that registers through it becomes your “referral” and you are gaining a bonus thanks to bringing him to this program. This bonus is usually equal to some percentage of this referral earning amount.
Referrals Searching?
Therefore, in almost every money-making community online you can see a lot of people asking “how can I get referrals?” Or “What should I do in order to increase my number of referrals?” Those are good questions and they have many different answers (that are all true). Yet, there is only one problem with them, and that is that they are the wrong questions!
People mislead themselves to believe that if they will get enough referrals they can make a fortunate just from sitting back and watching their referrals work for them. However, even if you will have 1000 referral (which is very had to get), if they will all stop working after a week – you will get nothing!
The right question should not be “how can I get referrals?” It should be “How do I find referrals that will be passionate about this program and will work hard on it?” and this question is of course much harder to answer.
Handy pick referrals
My answer to that is to “give up” on massive recruiting of referral, I prefer to invest in a few that I know that will be good and will gain me money throughout time, then to have many referrals that will do nothing. Therefore, while I still publish my referral links, in publish places I do not really count on them. Instead I go to places I know I can find people that will be suitable to this program and I start to blend with them. I tell them the truth about the program, bad and good, since I want them to have the real picture and they will not be disappointed later. I give them tips how to be successful and help them to get started. And in return I ask for two things:
- That they will use my referral link (of course).
- That they will add me as friend in this program (if there is such a thing in the program).
However, I tell them immediately that I will not be angry if they will not use my referral link and I will still use our connection in order to continue helping them making progress in the program.
And guess what, ever since I started this: “I will help you and you will use my referral link so I will gain something out of it too” policy I got only a few referrals. Yet, almost all of them are really passionate about it and I am sure they will continue to earn nice amount, and I will gain from helping them as well.
However, the fact I handy pick my referrals does not mean I am not going to use every possibility to publish my referral links, or be open to other people wanting to register under my referral links, so here they are:
