Money Making

A guide to earning some money on Zazzle.com.

Zazzle is an online site in which users can create their own items, ranging from bumper stickers to T-shirts. Once these items have been created they can be put up for sale upon the site at the price of your choice. The difference between Zazzle’s manufacturing costs and the price in which you have put up for sale is then paid to you in the form of commission. A user also has the ability to buy their own items, as well as the ones which other users have created.

With good design ideas and some good SEO skills a user can manage to generate a healthy income from Zazzle. The income can be paid into a Paypal account or a cheque can be sent out via the post.

Once you have completed the remarkably simple set-up you are free to open your own shop and begin to sell your goods. Do not expect instant riches to come pouring in from the site though, as it takes time to have some sales come your way. One of the main ways to do this is to expand the the range of products in which you have available to increase the chance of someone finding your goods, liking them and having the initiative to purchase one or more of them.

This site offers a good platform for design ideas and also photography. Graphics can be easily applied to badges, t-shirts and large range of other products. Photographs can also be applied easily to canvases and mousemats which if you have taken some good shots and have used your SEO skills to the best of your ability you have a good chance of selling some items on Zazzle.

    I tried this site.
I never got anywhere far. Not one penny was spent on my store even though hundreds of people said they liked my designs.
It’s too a big market that everyone wants to jump on and because of the vast amount of products at such high prices nobody wants to pay. A T-Shirt already costs alot of money, thats without the commission you put on it, and then the shipping costs. It’s cheaper to go to Primark, or Next and buy a T-Shirt.

You might of had success, but I never did.
    Good article though.
