How I Will Earn $1,000 a Month with Triond

Money Making

Can you publish 1,000 articles in one year and make $1,000 per month?

Are you meeting your monthly goals on Triond?

When you first signed up for Triond did you have high expectations of earning a full time income and sitting at home in your underwear writing about practically any topic you wanted too? Have you now lowered your expectations by saying things such as “I just want to get my name out”, “I am here more for the community”. Are your frustrated by writing an article and then only receiving 10 hits?

It doesn’t matter if you are here at Triond wanting to earn the big dollars or you may truly want to simply “get your name out there”. Why can’t we have both. Make big money and “get our name out there.” “Thats Impossible On Triond” you may be thinking, but I’d like too offer a plan of how this his can happen.

First you need to always carry a notebook and pen with you. Anytime you have an article Idea write it down. Many times I will see something and It gives me an idea for an article. After I write down the article so I will remember it later it usually gives me an idea for 3-4 spin off articles. Later when looking at my spin ideas for articles it will spur my mind and I rapidly start getting many new ideas. I write them all down.

Although writing your articles down In a notebook is a good idea don’t spend all of your time writing down ideas and not writing any actual articles.

You need also write down in your notebook what you wish to accomplish with Triond. Think big, not mega-huge, but definitely big. Don’t write down you want to become a billionaire with Triond but go ahead and write down that you want to become a millionaire if thats what you desire.

My personal goal is to earn $1,000 a month on by publishing my articles on the Triond platform. A $1,000 a month would allow me to spend a lot more time with my family. It would allow me the freedom to travel. To relocate to a new town for a month or so if I choose too and continue to do my “job” of writing articles for Triond.

Imagine running into an old classmate and being asked “what are you doing now days?” and being able to answer “I am a full time writer”.

A $1,000 a month from Triond would allow me freedom. If your son or daughter has a game or school event wouldn’t it be nice to be able to go to all of them and not have to worry about your 9-5 job. If you were making a living off of Triond then you would be able to set your own schedule. Be your own boss.

In order to earn $1,000 a month from Triond I need to come up with some figures to help me set some benchmarks to attain. I will average all months and count them all as 30 days.

Lets say I average $2.00 per thousand page views. I divide $1,000 by the 30 days in a month. I now know that I need to average $33.33 per day in order to achieve $1,000 a month. I’ll round that down to $33.00 per day to simplify my calculations here.

In order to earn $33.00 a day while earing $2.00 per thousand visitors I know I need to get 16,500 visitors a day to my articles.

At 16,500 visitors I will earn approximately $33.00 a day.

Now I know I will not get their with a few articles. To reach my goal I will write 1,000 articles. If each of my articles average 16.5 visitors each day then I will have met my goal of 16,500 visitors per day.

I know you may be saying “whatever dude, my articles only get me 16 visitors TOTAL all year”. Keep in mind that you are playing the numbers game. By writing more articles you will show up in the search engines more. you will have more traffic because you are consistently publishing new articles on Triond each day. You are bound to have at least an article or two take off and gain a lot of hits on a regular basis .

You average views per article will go up when you have a few articles that are popular. I’m not talking popular as in the Triond “popular” list but natural traffic. Search engines, a good blog line, social networking sites, any site that will consistently drive traffic to your article over long period of time.

I understand that when I finish my 1,000 article I may not be averaging 16.5 hits per article per day. Thats OK because I will keep on writing. The more articles I write the closer I will get to my 16,500 page views a day.

I do however feel I will be able to attain 16.5 views per article per day by the time I write my 1,000th article. With a few solid (non SPAM) Wikipedia links and a a few articles getting a tiny bit of search engine traffic I should be able to obtain my 16.5 page views per article. I will not quit at a 1,000 articles but 1,000 is definitely a benchmark for me.

I will stay motivated by looking at the picture of my dream house and of my daughter. These two pictures will keep me motivated to keep plugging away because I will know that If I keep writing I will get to eventually buy my dream house and share it with my daughter when she comes to visit. Fortunately my Dream house is probably going to cost alot less than your dream house.

To help me reach my goal I will publish my goals publicly in This article.

Share your goals online in an article. This will help some people as they may feel pressured to follow their published plan . If in A year or two I don’t have a 1,000 articles published then some Triond member may stumble upon this article and get all motivated then after clicking over to my profile and seeing I only have 25 articles and am no longer active on Triond will think “what an idiot…trying to get a $1,000 a month off of Triond”. Instead I would rather see them click over to my profile and see 1,544 articles and the top article is titled “ How I make over $1,000 each and very month on Picable and how you can do the same thing” That article of course would include a link back to this article. An inspiration to others to make $1,000 a month of of Triond. To prove it’s possible. We can put a man on the moon why can’t we make $1,000 per month on Triond.

In order to get a 1,000 articles in one year I need to average 2.75 articles per day. As long as I average at least 2.75 articles per day I will reach my goal of 1,000 a years time. I already have about 10 articles so I am already ahead of the curve.

Publicizing you goals in a public way are very important if you want to achieve your goals. I will post my goals here and I hope you will bookmark this page and come back to it in one year to see that I did do it.

My goals On Triond Are:

$1,000 Per month Income (16,500 page views per day average)

1,000 Articles By March 12th 2010(I will keep writing daily even when I hit 1,000 articles.)

I will focus 100 percent of my writing towards Triond. On March 12, 2010 I will have at least 1,000 articles and well on my way to earning $1,000 a month writing for Triond. I will increase my writing skills and knowledge of the world as I work to a more independent life…slowly sawing through the chains that bond me to a 9 to 5 job.

A good way to challange yourself. Writing 3 articles per day is going to be really tough, but good luck for you.

  5. Dawne Says:

The most I earned from one article was $153 in one month’s time. Just last weekend I wrote 7 articles and posted them immediately. They’re all doing fairly well.

I applaud your goals, however I would caution you to look over your work before you click the ’submit’ button. Since on the Triond site you are your own editor it is up to you to make sure you have done all that you can to make sure that your writing is tight, crisp and effective. Consistent and unnecessary grammatical mistakes lessen the effectiveness of your overall message and can easily turn a reader off, thereby losing them as future readers. This has been a problem throughout your piece. Although I’m certain that with some diligence and care, it should be easy enough to fix. Good luck and best wishes.

Unrealistic. There are far easier ways to earn far more money. Triond doesn’t want to give you that much.

I applaud you for your goals, but I think you’re overestimating the amount of money you’re going to make each month from your articles. B Nelson, for example, has something like 200 plus articles and 100 plus images on Triond, and she’s said publicly on forums she has made $32 one month and $45 another month.
I don’t mean to shoot down your plan, but I think you need to multiply your goal probably by 10 or so. That would mean 10,000 stories. Is is possible? Yes, it would just take a long time. And writing 10 articles a day is not out of the question. I average about 7 articles a day on Triond, mostly in my spare time, but admittedly I’ve been a professional writer/editor/designer for almost 20 years. I’d like to average about 10 a day, and maybe I’ll get there eventually.

Very nice and clearly written, hope you succeed in your goal.
Don’t think you can life on 1000 $ though.
But it’s nice to make 1000$ a month by doing stuff you like.

It’s a bit harder for me to write good articles because i’m not english and i don’t have a full english education.

  17. Ben Pearce Says:

Best of luck on your way to achieving your goal, i’m lucky if i’ve made $3 since september 2007, trying to post 2 or 3 articles a week.

My goal is 50,000 articles on Triond. This should be achieved within a couple of years. I personally write some of the articles myself plus I have a staff of 4 full time 1 part time writers that work for my media company, Chasov Media, Inc. We publish majority of the content on my blogs and then we publish some on Triond, Bukisa, Associated Content, Squidoo and HubPages. All in all we’ve been doing pretty good with writing sites pulling in a couple of hundred each month, not enough to justify all the work yet, but I am sure it will pick up. I am currently expanding my company and hopefully will have some more writers 10 in total. I’ll have at least 3 full time writers devoted to each writing site and I will be able to submit around 30-40 short articles per day. Right now we only average about 5-10 per day because we just don’t have enough time to write more. Hopefully you achieve your goal and hopefully I will achieve mine. Best of luck.

  19. The Raver Says:

hey, my goal is to reach 100,000 articles which is like totally impossible (unless you spend 20 years on this lol) so i am planning to reach 1000 articles by June (i currently have 61)

  20. B Nelson Says:

good luck.. I have oodles of articles and have only cracked $100 a month once.
