Nice advise but I don’t think some of the advertisers will take too kindly to that. Google adsense has some condition on that and I am sure others like Yahoo that are advertising here may have similar condition.
Probably should only click those we have real interest in.

To Strovek (third comment from the top) In case you are right and the advertisers do not like it I would suggest clicking on ads that are not on your site. In any case, it cannot cause any harm so why not try ir?
