How much money are you making on Triond?  Frankly I am not raking in a lot of money but this month will have a decent payout for once.  I have actually increased my earnings each month for the past 6 months and this will be the first month (September) that I will bypass the $20.00 mark which I know isn’t much but it still feels good that my work is generating some money now.  I do have to admit that I have been plugging my articles on Stumbleupon, About.com, Digg, and Facebook among many others each month so a lot of traffic can be attributed to these sites but in the end it is still people reading the articles.  Frankly, I do not care how they get there as long as they get to my articles in the end. 

One of the things that constantly bothers me about the Triond site is how some of the writers on this site can get so many views and make a decent wage each month.  I have put a lot of time and thought into my articles and have plugged them on all of the forums and social sites available but I still only get around 350 views a day with around 50 articles published.  Of course, some of these do way better than other ones so the views are not evenly distributed.  So far the most I have made from one article is over $6.00 with around 4,500 views but that was about the power rankings in the NFL before the season started which I knew would do well.  On the other hand I have other articles which I thought would do well that are only getting around 100 views a month and making only spare change.  Now, I do want to mention that I am not looking for advice on how to get more views on Triond, there are so many articles out there already talking about how to get views that I am bored of the topic anymore.  Anyway, the whole purpose of this article was to show all of the writers out there that you can make some cash if you apply yourself but it will take some time.  So with that said here are my earnings for the past 6 months:

• June   $3.87
• July    $4.89
• Aug    $9.56
• Sept   $12.48  (so far this month)
