Before you join any PTC out there on the web, you usually want to read up about it and make sure its reliable and will be able to pay you at least once.

Earn3 started out as an OK site that paid one cent per ad viewed. The menu was easy to access and all the other features were at your finger tips. The advertisers saw clearly what they were getting and the viewers were generating a few bucks.

After about two weeks the PTC manager or owner must ahve decided he wanted more revenue and lowered the amount paid per ad to half a cent per ad viewed.

This cut back profits drastically for the members. Premium members would not be able to even earn back what they paid to be a premium member. The whole thing turned in favor of the owner of the website. Everyone else suffered.

Do not join this PTC, it has gone down the drain and won’t resurface now, later, or ten years later.
