Bukisa: It Ain’t No Triond

Money Making

Having been a member of both Bukisa and Triond for about the same length of time I can tell you from experience that Triond is by far the better site.

Anyone who has been writing on Triond for more than a day has probably received as I have, several referrals to the Buskia writing site. While most of the people who are making these referrals makes it sound as though Buskia is identical to Triond . Being a member of both sites, I can tell you that there there are many differences between the two sites.

First, and perhaps the most glaring difference is in the time between submitting your work and the actual time the work is published. When I submit an article to triond it is published within minutes to a few hours. Occasionally it has taken as long as twenty four hours.

Articles I have submitted to Busika have rarely been published the same day and sometimes not for a week or two after submission. This means there is a far longer time between when I submit an article and when I can actually start earning on that article.

Not that that makes a lot of difference in my case. My articles on Bukisa just don’t seem to garner views. I use the same methods to promote my Bukisa articles as I do with Triond but can barely get more than three or views a day. Which means I am simply not earning any money.

Although Bukisa allows you to republish articles you have written on other sites to their site I rarely do this as my old Triond articles are making money here then they would if I moved them to Bukisa. I have submitted several original articles to Bukisa but still don’t seem to get the views.

For that reason, I have not written very many articles for Bukisa. For those who have a large friends list on the social sites who will read their articles daily Bukisa may be an excellent site to write on. For me it is a struggle as my social network is much smaller than many people’s.

Bukisa also has as I mentioned a referral program where you can refer your friends to the site and earn income through their income. While this is a wonderful program for people who are enthusiastic about Bukisa and it’s potential I hesitate to make any referrals to this site as I personally don’t find it a good source of potential income.

Perhaps connecting with others who write on Bukisa as well would change my opinion of the site and help me learn how to drive more viewers to my article. I simply don’t know.

What I do know, is for me at least, Busika simply is no Triond.

you can’t add friends like you can with Triond.

I have a bukisa account (reffered I think) but I never use it because for me Triond is familiar territory. I feel comfortable on Triond and I know that my work here so far is a good built up portfolio so transferring it to Bukisa seems futile. Good article though that you’ve mentioned Bukisa’s low points.

As someone who has just started writing to be published, this article is a huge help. You hear of different sites but never know which are really worth the time it takes to write an article.

TX for your opinion. Well stated!

I’m very happy with Triond. Everything is so simple. It’s very user friendly. And why dilute the impact of my articles on Triond by re-publishing them on another site? I don’t know that much about search engines but as far as I can tell once original content is published the search engines don’t give much attention to re-published content.

I’ll stay with Triond. Grandma and Grandpa were right. If it ain’t broke don’t fix it.

Since writing this article, two Trionders have added me as a friend on Bukisa. Maybe if a few of us added each other we might get started making a few views anyway.

Yes, I know what you are all saying, but as the article said, I have tried everything else and I am desparate!

Thanks for the information. I have heard this from others so I just stay with Triond. I am thinking about trying some ghost writing. What is your opinion?

Yeah, I have also been persuaded to create an account at Bukisa (I’m telling you it wasn’t the most user-friendly thing I have experienced), but now, I feel that its not too right.. :|

I also have a account at bukisa and find it very hard to get quality views to my articles. I get better results from triond.

I’ve got Buksia and you can add friends… you have to click on their profile and ‘add friend’. I have found that you have to spend a little to earn a little less… But at the moment, it got me my 1st pay from Triond and Bukisa I’ve had similar hits, But have advertised it less that Triond as it has more flexability with writing… Love IT!!
