Having used booth Adbrite and Adsense in the past, I have been wondering which one is the best for publishers. I have earned more with Adsense, but have been using it for much longer, and have been slightly frustrated by the layout of the site itself, as it is not user friendly at all. The payout is exorbitantly high ($100.00 USD) and money is made only through clicks, not impressions, which Adbrite offers. Also, the variety of ads that can be used through Google are very unimaginative and basic, while Adbrite offers in text ads, full page ads and easy to use interfaces on the site. Also, you can choose what your payout amount is on Adbrite, as low as $5 USD. Both sites pay through check, but Adbrite is much more user friendly.

In my opinion, Adbrite shuts out google by a long shot. Since you don’t have to wait months to get a check, the choice between CPM or CPC ads, the easy to use interface and the friendly service make Adbrite a major advertising force, something Adsense should be wary of.
