On getting your content noticed, which is a skill developed through time, experience and effort.
So there are millions of people on the internet, writing blogs, uploading videos & podcasts for others to view. But one of the troubles most people have is actually having readers and people interested in what they have to say. For some it might be a lot easier. Perhaps they just have better instincts on how to attract readers, they know where to advertise and just happen to have a lot of experience. But everyone starts somewhere. At first no-one knows how to really get started.
The Simple Options Are:
Telling all your friends & family
Sending around a message on networking sites
Paying for advertisements
Affiliating with other popular sites
But is that Really all You Have to do?
Even if you have your advertising sorted and manage to get the word out, do people actually have an interest in what you have to say? Maybe your message or article isn’t about the latest news and it doesn’t have to be! Think creatively, write about something YOU have an interest in & put all your effort into it. If it is well written, has a catchy title, then it will most likely be given a glance. Make it stand out and not blend in with mainstream articles.
Even put a little extra effort into your work. Go out and take photographs to go with your message. When people see you are taking time to do your work, it will seem more worth giving a read.
And another thing to take into consideration: It all depends on luck. It can take a little longer than a week, for people to notice your work or blog.
But never give up!

What you say here is so true. To get someone to want to read what you write you need to catch someones eye as will as have some good friends.
