Squidoo, a revenue sharing paid to write website that is legit. You can make some very good money with this site if you have good content and traffic flow.
I had been searching for a couple of days for a paid to write website and Squidoo kept coming up. I wasn’t sure at first and kept ignoring it but that only lasted so long. Finally, i decided to give it a try and see what it was all about. The sign up was quick and easy and i was on my way to creating what they refer to as a Lens. There were four steps involved before i got to the actual creation of my lens, but the hardest part was deciding what my first topic lens was going to be about. After going through the four steps i was taken to my lens with some default modules included. The first and only permanent modules is the introduction which also allows you to upload a picture if you so choose, which is recommended.
For my first lens i decided to pick a topic that i was familiar with which was depression. After doing my introduction and uploading a picture i scrolled through the default modules. Some i found i could use in my lens and some i found weren’t relevant. On the side of your lens you have the option not only to delete modules but to re-order them as well which comes in handy. There is also a module add in, with many to choose from to fit almost any type of lens you may be doing.
I finished my lens and began to watch as traffic came in from other members of Squidoo, but that traffic wasn’t enough to drive the ranking of the lens up which is what is dependent mostly on what you will make. So i began submitting to search engines and one way link directories which i found to be helpful.
The only downside that i found to Squidoo is that not many of the members took the time to rate the lens which is also important in getting a higher rank. Many left comments but the ratings did not go up very fast. If i had one suggestion for Squidoo i would suggest having the option to rate when you submit a comment to remind the member to rate the lens.
The payouts were constant every month, the first month i made $8.00, the second $93.00 and the third back down to $21.00. If you are looking for a good paid to write i would highly recommend Squidoo, especially if you know how to get the traffic to your lenses to keep the ratings up.
