My Personal Advertising Technique that I have been using, get lots of hits a day for free.
A ton of sites offer different ways to advertise your content. Most of them want money for it, but why pay for advertising when there is a ton of websites that will do it for free?! This is a personal technique and method that I have developed over the past couple of weeks that have shown me performance increases in a certain article.
Using this method on the article I went from 10-30 hits a day to 200+ hits a day. All by doing just a little but more work. I’m also going to show you how to use extra tools that can be usefull, and at the same time also make you money being usefull. It doesn’t get any better than this.
Write Popular
This is one of the things a lot of people do wrong to begin with. Lately I have been writting about some Facebook related material, mostly talking about some of the games featured on Facebook. This has gotten me a ton more hits just from writting about something this popular. Facebook related subjects are being searched all the time, just like MySpace, and other large companies. It is easy to find something popular to write about once you get the feel for it.
Popularity is pretty stupid in a method of choice, but it works. Writting about something unpopular is just stupid, if you are doing it for the money that is. Writting about something that is soon-to-be popular, like current news events, and so on. Well that is smart thinking, not only can you have the head start, but you can also take the lead.
Free Advertising
Tons and tons of sites offer free advertising, and I bet you don’t even see it. I’ll start with a big one, YouTube. YouTube offers a crap load of free advertising to everyone. Your videos are being published on a community of millions. That is all potential viewers. The only thing that you need to do is catch their attention.
Other websites such as MetaCafe and SheToldMe will also help you out a great deal. There are a ton more websites out there as well. All it takes is a little looking on google to get you pointed in the right direction.
When you post a video, you are also appealing to a much different audience. In the description of your video it is best to post a link to your articles on Triond. This way if the user wants to read what is behind the video, they can click on your link and there ya go, one more hit for your triond account. It doesn’t stop there though.
PPC
Pay-Per-Click programs are all over the internet. One of the ones I like to use is Linkbucks. Linkbucks offers you a way to shorten your URL’s. You type in a web address, and it converts it into something a lot smaller. This could be anything you want. I like to take my Triond article’s, shorten them, and then add them to my YouTube Videos that relate to the articles. This way whenever someone clicks on my article, I also make money at a totally different website.
So far this method has worked good, all together I have made $15.00 roughly on my total internet income.
Write, write, write
The only way to ever made a nice chunk of cash is to constantly write. You need to be a good writter to get a lot of fans and users to come back to see what you are up to. Although it sounds overplayed, it really works. Writting crappy articles aren’t going to make you Mr. Popular, nor is it going to help your online writting career out any.
Now, I’m not saying to go through and just write a whole bunch of spam and copywritten material. Not only will this get your articles denied, but you won’t really get anywhere. Take some time to do the research, get on some media websites, look at what is popular, then come back and write about what you just saw and what you know about it.
Tags are Key
Yes, tags, or Keywords, play a big roll in how your article will be presented on the internet. Using good keywords can bring you to the top, or send you to the bottom of the list. One thing I do, which will not show HUGE gains, but it will be noticable, is to also keyword phrases.
A example would be a article about frying meat. Other Keywords that you could use are “how to fry meat”, “what temperature should I fry meat at”. These phrases are common things typed into Google and other search engines all the time. If they type in exactly what you tag, then you are going to have a lot better chance at catching the attention of these viewers.
Work Hard, and Never Give Up
I have been with triond for months now. I was never making good money, still not really, I think I made a total of $10 in 4 or 5 months. Then again, I wasn’t using any of these techniques, and I never actually put a lot of effort into it. Writting is something you have to do on a constant basis. If you are doing it for fun, that’s fine, you can do it every once in awhile, but don’t put 3 articles out a month and expect to see dollars rolling in.
Making a lot of friends on Triond will also help you out, getting a lot of fans will get you more comments on your articles. These are all little hints and tips to get everyone started. I just hope this article was a little more helpful then all of the other get rich articles on Triond I have come across. Trust me, you won’t get rich, but a few bucks never hurt anyone, did it?
