The most spammed internet retail store floods message posts with thousands of spam messages a day, but its not just the spamming that’s dodgy.
If you participate in writing (where readers can comment) or certain types of forum activity, you’ll no doubt be familiar with the company bingstore.us, I say company of course in the loosest possible sense. Each day I clear roughly 150 spam posts on my articles, which are promoting bingstore.us. It’s the sort of thing that get’s under your skin, the ultimate in black hat search engine optimisation. I figured it was time, having had to remove the posts everyday for months to look a little further into bing store!
So why bingstore.us? Or the question should be why did they use the term bingstore.us. The .us (dot US) domain makes American buyers feel safe, knowing they are buying from a good, responsible American online store. Of course they are not, bingstore.us is owned by one Ming Lin, from Putian china, and bingstore.us is actually just one of the owners 9 websites, all of which look the same but have different names. The word Bing is obviously to cash in on Microsoft’s search engine, co-incidentally when the domain was registered in August 2010, one of the most popular search terms involving Bing also included the words Store, because people were interested in how much information Bing stored from its users.Of course the other angle could simply be so it looks like its part of Bing’s Stores catagory.
Moving on to the site itself, and its just awful, incomplete, poor spelling, occasional slip up’s into Chinese, moving text panels that simply do not move, or have text come to that. Even their prices are an issue who pays $5.9 for something? You might pay $5.90, but not $5.9.
But it’s much worse than that, the site claims to have deals with a number of suppliers, one of which is Calvin Kline, a representative from Calvin Kline told me that not only did they not trade with bingstore, but that some of the designs featured in their underwear ranges, are not of their design, essentially fakes, and not good ones.

Some great CK underwear, shame the designs of some are completely fake.
I have reported the site to a number of different manufacturers as I suspect, that Calvin Kline are not the only victims in this fraud, and this is without a doubt what this is, a fraud. If you try tracking down customers of bingstore.us you cant, because the black hat spamming (black hat is a term used to describe dirty SEO, white hat more legitimate methods) is so intense, that it obliterates any dark reviews that may prove that the goods by the company are fake.
The spamming, which I know gets people backs out is farmed through a website called Elance, who I have also informed of this the deception, in the hope they strike the users from their records. And what happens is each and every day, thousands of websites are spammed by a group of employees to create, search engine dominance, and give the company legitimacy.
I tried to contact Ming Lin to get some information prior to writing this article, but could not.
Now while I have no doubt your not surprised by this news, I felt that you might get a little satisfaction reading about bingstore.com, if you are a writer/blogger your going to be only too familiar with the companies name.
I admire anyone trying to promote their goods, you have to try allsorts of things, but trying to fob customers with dodgy gear, if of course they get it at all because I cant find one review; is something nobody needs in this day and age. I’m not a jobs worth, I just know the value of cash, I also know when an offer looks too good to be true it’s probably not.

Gussie Bum? Should that not be Aussie Bum? Bing Store proves it really is pants!
I now ask you a favour; this sort of thing is both annoying, and downright wrong, so please like this article with your Facebook account, Tweet about it, include it in your blogs, stumble upon etc. Lets engage in our own little black hat SEO operation, and ensure anyone unfortunate enough to find this company, also finds out the dark side of it, the world is a big place, and as many people we can protect the better. I also ask if you have the time that you report the site to any of the suppliers they claim to deal with, as I know with certainty that several have no connection with the company, but in order for investigations’ to be taken seriously they need volume complaints, as these are busy guys. More importantly if you’re sick of all the spamming, sometimes this is the best way to deal with it, to beat them at their own game.
I should add that bingstore.us are not alone in this activity, chicgoods, and jordansforking are two other sites that use the same sort of marketing (if you can even call it that).
