An important thing to look for when creating your album is whether or not the photo sharing system allows you to view thumbnails of your images before you upload them to the Internet. If the system does not allow you to view thumbnails, then you will want to write down the file name of the photo that you would like to upload.

Generally, photo sharing Web sites will use a java script that will access your computer when the site gives you the option of viewing photo thumbnails be or you upload them. If you have a high security setting on your computer, you might not be able to view photos.

Once you have uploaded your photos, it is important to be sure to save your photo album. It will often take several seconds to several minutes to save a photo album, depending on how many photos you have and how large the file sizes are. Be patient if the upload is taking awhile – you’ll be glad once you have all of your photos online and in one central spot!
