Gmail Diary is awsome I have been using it for last two years before I read this article. You do not have to create another account at all. Just use filter in the same account. It will also be more secure to use the same account.

"Personal Diary
Dear diary... you can set up filters and a new Gmail account so you can keep a record of your day-to-day activites. Create a new account and set up a filter so emails coming to that email address will be labelled "Diary" or "Journal" etc. and go straight to the archives. You'll be surprised at how quickly those emails can build up!"

Easier version: make Gmail filter mails with a certain word in the title, this saves you the hassle of having two mail-accounts.
