Microsoft has released the new version of Internet Explorer browser called the Internet Explorer 9 or IE9 on March 14, 2011. The tagline of IE9 is “Beauty of the web”; this tells us the most important feature of Internet Explorer 9 or IE9 is its speed. 1. Faster:
Internet Explorer boasts to be the fastest browser with its improved graphic capabilities. The websites that you open will give you an impression as though they are programs installed in your computer with features like hardware-accelerated text, video and graphics; the videos are crisp and the graphics are very clear.
2. Streamlined navigational controls:
What’s new in navigational controls or how better it is when compared with other versions of Internet Explorer?
- The first and foremost is the “bigger” back button.
- Address bar and search bar are combined together.
- Too many tabs can be made to appear on a single row of better visibility.

4. One Box:

One Box, what is it? The address bar and the search bar have been combined to “One Box” in the newly released Internet Explorer 9. What is the advantage of One Box or how to use it?
- If you start typing a website address, it auto-completes the website address by searching from your history and favorites.
- If you are searching for something, as you start typing your search query you will be displayed various suggestions as a dropdown based on your search provider.
5. Download Manager:

A list of all the files you have downloaded is stored in Download Manager. It also gives you information about where you have saved the file, pause and restart your download, open the file from Download Manager rather going to the location where you have stored the file, etc.
6. Tab page:

In earlier versions of Internet Explorer, it is not possible to see information available in two tabs. With the tab page feature of IE9, it is very much possible to see two tabs at once at any given point of time. Simply drag the tab out to see the information.

I don’t use Internet Explorer Anu, and would advice you to use another browser instead despite the many features outlined here.

Internet explorer nine is great but one problem with it only work on Windows Vista and Windows 7.

I love that it is so so much faster. I noticed a huge difference right of the bat. I noticed a few other things but the speed won me over.
Love the easier navigation. The download manager is so much easier to use and great for someone who isn’t a computer guy. Nice article.
IE will be more common if compatible with other operating systems.

IE9 I think that is very mediocre program, a lot of flaws and horribly slow on media resources.
They have really improved it. But however other broswers are much better.
