How to Make a Free Website

This time I tried to give a small guide how to create a website at a cost of zero dollars, or free (FREE). Just a few quick and easy steps, you have to create your own website. Of course the cost of making the website does not actually zero dollars, because you yourself have to spend time in front of a computer connected to internet (can be at home / cafe), which also would cost .. really .. really .. really ..?
