One of the more popular blog posts Family Classics with Frazier Thomas.

Of all the things I have blogged about, waxed nostalgia about, or shared on my blog one of the more surprising posts that as of this writing has gotten over 3,000 hits was the one I wrote about Family Classics that was broadcast by WGN Channel 9 out of Chicago, Illinois.
Back in the 1960s and 1970s, Family Classics was a popular family program that aired every Sunday Afternoon and was hosted by legendary Chicago TV personality Frazier Thomas. Classic, family-oriented movies were shown on this program, most of which were chosen by Thomas.
What has been most surprising about this blog posting has been all the people who have left comments, many wondering about the program’s theme music and where it could be bought. These comments eventually caught the attention of the theme music composer’s grandson who had some very nice things to say about all the people who had commented about how much they liked the music.
I enjoyed this family program a lot and I am pleased that so many people have been able to share their thoughts about it on my blog. That is one of the things that makes blogging so special-when you can bring people together and have them remember something very special in their lives.
