There are lots of websites that will make your life easier and better. Pandora does that through music.

You know when you’ve listened to everything on your ipod and you’re tired of every song on it? You consider getting XM radio or something like that, but don’t want to deal with buying hardware and paying a monthly fee?

You should get to know Pandora.

Pandora takes song suggestions from you and uses them to build a radio station unique to you with songs it thinks you will like. Using propriety algorithms they developed, the people at Pandora compare the elements about the songs you like to the thousands of other songs they have in their library and pick ones they think you would like. They also take into account songs which you don’t like and adjust your radio station accordingly.

In general, this results in an interesting radio station that introduces you to music which you may not have known about or even realized that you liked. The first song I put in would probably be filed under alternative rock, but over time I found myself listening to more and more R&B and found my day going by faster. You can also make more than one station. For instance you can have one for dancing, another for working out and another specifically for dinner music. The last may be lacking as they haven’t yet added classical music…but they say that that is on the way.
